MediaNet Group Technologies and DubLi Companies Amend Merger Agreement

MARGATE, FL and BERLIN — (Marketwire) — 09/25/09 — MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: MEDG), operating the largest online mall and affinity program platform through its BSP Rewards subsidiary, today announced that it has amended its definitive merger agreement with CG Holdings Limited, a privately-held, European-based holding company for the DubLi companies, a worldwide online trading firm (”DubLi”). As amended, the agreement provides for the issuance of 5,000,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock to DubLi shareholders and no common stock. The Preferred Stock will have 90% of the voting power of MediaNet’s shares. As amended, the merger agreement provides that after the closing of the business combination with DubLi, MediaNet will increase its authorized common stock from 50,000,000 shares to 500,000,000 shares, at which time the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock will be automatically converted into 90% of the shares of common stock of MediaNet to be outstanding after the conversion.

jordin-sparks-DubLi Auctions PartnerDubLi.com partnered with Jordin Sparks and Sparks Charities for its first Charity Auction in December 2008.

There were over 2,000 DubLi customers who participated in this special event. The Auction was a Unique Bid auction and ran from December 1st to December 26th and netted $2,000.00. DubLi.com donated 100% of the credits spent on the auction and 100% of the proceeds to Spark´s Charities and added an additional $3,000 to create a total donation of $5,000.00.

Jordin Sparks and her family founded Sparks Charities in 2008. Its mission is to impact the community, the country, and the world by raising money and awareness of the charitable works done by several non- profit organizations.

The dollars generated by the DubLi.com auction were used to restock the shelves of a local food bank in Phoenix, Arizona who work with needy families who have lost a job, have an illness in the family, or who are just having difficulty making ends meet during these challenging economic times.

It’s a CINCH for DubLi Business Associates

Thcinch for DubLie long awaited business tool, the CINCH and its companion, CONNECT bring new capabilities and convenience for DubLi Business Associates.

DubLi Associates are being  introduced to the capabilities of the current tool set through a series of tutorials.  It is now available for download. The CINCH functions as a desktop tool and is free for DubLi Associates, and there is a free version for customers as well. The CONNECT extends the communications capabilities and is available for about $15.00 monthly.

It’s a now a CINCH to send credits! Here’s how

You can sort your contacts by type such as “Customer Prospects” and add them to the recipients list to receive credits. Then just write a message and specify the credit amount to send. As soon as you Click “Send Message” the credits are sent!
